When she needs to lose weight, Cameron Diaz cuts out all white food (like pasta and bread) because it can have high amounts of sugar, her trainer Teddy Bass told InStyle. And Lily Allen attended hypnotherapy sessions … at a reported $600 an hour! … to help curb her eating. We’ve heard of lemonade diets, soup diets … even cookie diets!

I started using a product called Aqua Full. It comes in 2 forms. You can get in in a bar form or a drink mix. You eat the bar with a full glass of water 30 minutes before you are going to eat. What it does is then fills your stomach to an almost full level, so that when you do eat, you are not as hungry and eat less. Simulating, if you will, a smaller stomach much like the gastric banding and gastric bypass. It works great and I eat about half as much as I use to and I’ve lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I coupled Aqua Full with the cayenne pepper/lemon/maple syrup cleanse.

Oh my god! All these comments about starving yourself on the master cleanse! Yuck! Dont do it people! You dont lose any weight! You just lose water and muscle leaving you dehydrated and skinny fat. Then you just gain it all plus more back! Try weight lifting and eating a small mix of complex carbs (sweet potatoe brown rice ezekiel bread) lean protien and healthy fats at every meal 6 times a day. That is what really works and keep a food journal. The only thing any one is doing right is cameron diaz by cutting out “processed white food” eat clean ladies it totally works. Weight training might make you gain weight on the scale but its not fat so dont be discouraged its muscle which is what is really sexy!

I ate nothing but reese’s cups for a month!! I was just not eating ANYTHING else…
I don’t recommend it. I did however get over my liking for them. Don’t eat them anymore!! LOL

the best thing is truly enjoy the food, eating slowly and feeling the flavor. when you enjoy the food you get more satisfacted and in a way “full” , so you eat less and don’t get fat
