Mix 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 quarter cup of olive oil or almond oil and 6 drops of your favorite essential oil and mix together. In the shower, after you wash with soap, use a plastic spoon and scoop out some of the brown sugar scrub and, starting at your feet, work your way up your body in a circular motion. I only use it on my face once a week, be careful around your eyes. The brown sugar lightly exfoliates and the olive or almond oil and essential oils nourish the skin and leave your skin feeling smooth and smelling great. Watch out for the slippery tub though.
